Keeter Center Map and Direction

From Raleigh
Go south on South Wilmington Street.

Go approx. 7/10th mile south of the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts (aka: Raleigh Memorial Auditorium) and Shaw University to the first traffic light south of Martin Luther King Blvd.

This is City Farm Road. Turn right on City Farm Road (See red line on map above)

Immediately turn right again onto the frontage road which parallels alongside the portion of S. Wilmington St. you have just down.

Go approx. 1/4 mile until the road makes a sharp left and becomes Keeter Center Dr.
(Incorrectly labeled by Yahoo and MapQuest maps as Hoke St.)

At this point the Keeter Training Center is the red brick building on your left inside the tall chainlink fence, behind the tall beige fire training tower.

There are two gates accessable from Keeter Center Dr. Go in whichever gate is open.

Depending on what rooms are being used at the time for Raleigh Firefighter classes, meetings/classes are sometimes held upstairs (front entrance) or downstairs (rear entrance).

From points south of Raleigh
Go north on South Wilmington St.

Immediately turn right again onto the frontage road which parallels alongside S. Wilmington St.
